MySTCF is our online portal where you can….

Online giving is the ability to give a donation or schedule a series of donations using your checking account, Visa/MasterCard debit card, or Visa/MasterCard credit card on through our Fellowship One management system. When you set up an MySTCF profile, you will see a “give now” tab. Click there, complete the information, and the contribution you specify will be automatically transferred from your account to the church’s account.

You can set up an MySTCF profile here.

Yes, please. As of Feb 1, 2014 we will be discontinuing the PAyPal online system so we’re asking all users to move their online giving to the new MySTCF system. We’re confident you’ll find the new system much easier and even more convenient to use.

Besides not needing to remember your checkbook or carry cash to church on Sundays, there are several other benefits to online giving for both you and the church.
• Simplicity – You will not need to remember if you gave this month or pay period, or send your offering checks when you are out of town.
• No Distractions – Instead of needing to worry about writing your contribution check during the service, you can be fully engaged with the worship service, knowing that you have already given your offering.
• Efficiency – Online contributions require less processing from our administrative staff since the information is logged to your donor record and deposited automatically.

Yes. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for “Secure Socket Layer,” a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the internet. It’s the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies. The security of the system is continually managed by our online provider, Fellowship One. Also, your account information (account numbers, security code, expiration date) is not kept on file at the church.

Yes. The system allows you the option of either making a one-time contribution or setting up a recurring contribution. For a one-time contribution, you can designate that the contribution should be made immediately. For both one-time and recurring contributions, you can schedule the contributions to come out of your account on the date(s) specified by you.

Recurring donations are donations you can set up to be debited automatically from your checking account, credit card, or debit card. For recurring gifts, you have the option of giving weekly, monthly, twice a month (example: 1st and 16th) or every two weeks. You may also specify the starting and ending dates for your recurring gifts.

Yes. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time before the date of your next scheduled contribution (once a contribution has been processed it cannot be cancelled). Simply log in to the system using your user name and password and make the necessary changes in the system. You can also change and update credit/debit cards that have expired as long as it’s done before the next scheduled giving date. Simply log in to the system using your user name and password and make the necessary changes in the system.

Yes. The site will allow you to view the complete history of your contributions, given either online or any other way you’ve given to STCFOC. Once you’ve created an account, you will be able to contribute immediately. Once you have signed in, you can check your giving history by clicking on the Your Giving link on the main page. In some cases, before you can see any past contributions, we must manually connect your online account with your previous information. This is a one-time process that usually happens within a week of creating your account. After that, you can view your giving history (online or by check) at any time.

When you first set up your online giving profile, it will take about a week for our staff to link your MySTCF ID with the church database record. After this you will be able to review your previous gifts to STCFOC in the online giving section of the website. Once your record is linked, future gifts will be posted and available immediately after your gift is received.

Yes. If you are in the system as an adult you will be able to view giving history for all members of your household. In order to view history or generate a statement for selected people in your household, select the person or people you want to display under the “Contributions for” selector and click View. Click the “Download statement” link to generate a statement for the person or people in view.

When you give online, you’ll see several options to choose from under the headline “Give To…” General Fund: This is the regular Tithes and Offering fund. Choose this fund for your tithe, as well as any one time gifts. Designated Fund: Other accounts listed in this category will include The One Initiative (Capital Fund), and periodic offerings such as Camp UJIMA Scholarships, Missions, and Benevolence and other funds as need arises.
