The Community Schools Facilitator for Woodlawn Middle School is looking for feedback from community members to see how they can improve the school and the community at large. Our church, Set The Captives Free Outreach Center, is a community partner of Woodlawn Middle and provides support to the school. Feedback is requested from all community members – you do not have to have a child enrolled in Woodlawn Middle to complete the survey. Please take a moment and complete this survey.
