Liberty Community Development Corp is excited to announce that OWE Fest is set to return this year bigger and better than ever before! This year, there will be a weekend full of events from September 14th to 17th hosted in partnership with STCF, and the OWE Fest community festival will take place on Sunday, September 17th from 12 to 5pm at Security Square Mall.
