On Sunday, December 12th, we will host a COVID-19 Vaccine clinic immediately after Sunday Worship Service from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Our community partner, Medly Pharmacy, will have medical staff on-site to administer:

• COVID-19 Pediatric Vaccine for children 7 to 11 years old
• COVID-19 Standard Vaccine (1st & 2nd dose shots) for anyone 12 years old and older
• COVID-19 Booster Vaccine anyone 18 years old and older
• Flu shots for anyone 9 to 64 years old

** Both the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 Vaccines will be available.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED; HOWEVER, WALK-UPS ARE WELCOME. If you didn’t pre-register in advance, you can still get vaccinated after worship service is over.
